Letting fees

We do not charge :- 

Letting fees, administration fees, referencing fees, Inventory fees, check in or check out fees, move in fees, Saturday move in fees, renewal fees, right-to-rent fees, guarantor fees.

We do charge :- 

A holding deposit equal to one weeks rent for the property that the applicant has submitted the application for. A security deposit equivalent to one months rent. The cost of replacing lost keys, replacing locks or any other security devices. We charge £50 inc vat for any contract variations after contracts have been signed. We will charge a fee if a tenant leaves the property prior to the end of a fixed term.

Our clientelle

Having a corporate client base in addition to our residential clients enables us to source and site professional tenants and achieve the best possible results for you property. All our tenants undergo professional referencing and are checked for their credit worthiness and suitablilty to be a tenant. Corporate tenants usually stay at a property for the duration of their contract with their employer, Two years is not uncommon for a corporate let, this can be attractive to a landlord providing security and also having the parent company stand guarantor very much reduces the risks to a Landlord.

The Coastal Property Group are also members of the Property Redress Scheme.
